Work Hours and Shift Schedule: * Monday to Thursday: 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. * Friday and Saturday: 11:30 AM to 12:00 AM. * Sunday: 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Organize shift schedules, lead and supervise dining room staff (waiters, runners, hostesses), ensuring excellence in service, hospitality, and operational efficiency; * Ensure effective communication between kitchen, dining room, and bar, guaranteeing smooth service flow; * Lead the team during opening and closing procedures, supervising mise en place and ensuring dining room organization; * Manage reservations, guest reception, and seating with exceptional hospitality, resolving any conflicts professionally; * Conduct regular training sessions for dining room staff focusing on sales techniques, service standards, etiquette, and menu knowledge; * Provide performance feedback and generate reports aimed at maintaining service quality and enhancing sales potential. REQUIREMENTS: * Solid, proven experience as a maître or dining room leader in restaurants; * Degree in gastronomy, tourism, or hospitality will be an advantage; * Knowledge of etiquette, à la carte service, wines, pairing, and premium customer service; * Strong leadership and operational organizational skills; * Ability to work and lead under pressure while maintaining excellence; * Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
