Job Summary: A professional responsible for maintaining quality standards and efficiency in drink preparation, while ensuring bar organization and inspection. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain quality standards in drink preparation 2. Implement 5S practices and inspect utensils and products 3. Prepare drinks according to technical specifications Maintain quality standards through proper drink preparation and expedite customer beverage orders. * Implement 5S practices – Wash, clean, and organize the bar; * Inspect the condition of utensils; * Verify the bar's *mise en place*; * Inspect products before serving customers, checking appearance, utensils, etc.; * Prepare drinks according to technical specifications; * Label ingredients and products; * Record spoilage/damage; * Portioning.
