Job Summary: The professional will monitor and guide teachers' pedagogical work, and plan and coordinate meetings and professional development activities. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of students' academic performance and pedagogical intervention **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy; * Relevant work experience; * Availability for a 44-hour weekly workload. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and guide all pedagogical work carried out by teachers, supporting the enhancement of the school's pedagogical quality; * Plan, organize, and coordinate pedagogical meetings with teachers together with the Teaching Supervision team; * Plan, organize, and coordinate, together with the Teaching Supervision team, activities contributing to teachers' professional development, aiming to improve the teaching\-learning process; * Support teachers in carrying out their teaching responsibilities; * Develop the specific activity calendar for their educational segment; * Guide and monitor the development of Pedagogical Projects; * Monitor students' academic performance and implement appropriate interventions or referrals for those experiencing learning difficulties; * Participate in the admission process for new students and teachers; * Participate in cultural, artistic, scientific, civic, and religious activities organized by the school; * Maintain communication with students' families, providing information and clarification regarding their children's learning.
