




We are looking for a **Warehouse Keeper/Administrative Assistant** to manage and organize inventory, as well as provide support for the company’s administrative activities. We seek an organized, proactive professional with skills to handle processes and documentation. **Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store materials and equipment according to internal procedures; * Monitor inventory by conducting periodic counts and inventories; * Record material inflows and outflows in the system; * Request material replenishment as needed; * Issue invoices and other warehouse-related documents; * Assist in purchase control and order tracking; * Provide administrative support for departmental activities, such as document and report management; * Maintain warehouse organization, ensuring proper arrangement of materials. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable); * Prior experience in this role is an advantage; * Knowledge of inventory control and ERP systems (desirable); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication.
