Therefore, we encourage applications from **people with disabilities, Black people, women, LGBTQIAP+, people aged 60+, and Indigenous people.** Join our team and become part of Brazil’s **energy transition** journey! **Responsibilities and duties** * Prepare technical documentation according to Comerc standards to support contracting construction packages for solar power generation plants; * Ensure quality and technical optimization of engineering solutions adopted in new GD and GC projects; * Address technical requirements from corporate clients regarding Development, Implementation, and O&M of power plants, **particularly on protection, network supervision, and substations**; * Provide technical solutions compliant with current regulations and engineering best practices, conducting benchmarking and seeking innovative knowledge in the solar market; * Report dashboards and performance indicators for the area/department; * Manage and guide the team with a focus on excellence in results; * Stimulate discussions around innovative solutions aimed at optimizing costs and maximizing energy generation from solar plants; * Prepare technical proposal analysis reports for contracting services and/or equipment. **Requirements and qualifications** * Academic background: Electrical Engineering * Specific knowledge: Supervisory Systems, SCADA, and communication protocols for power plants and substations Communication architecture (TELECOM), protection, and supervision Network/ONS procedures related to communication and plant operation Integration of point lists with SCADA and supervisory systems Technical knowledge of O&M routines for: substations, medium-voltage networks, transmission lines Practices in developing basic and executive projects Use of optimizations and computational models Proficiency in Office suite and related technical software Development of KPIs and performance metrics **Shall we together transform energy to renew the world?
