You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting managers in decision-making, proposing improvements, analyzing metrics, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will also work with the **Gupy** platform and **supporting tools such as AI**. Join a collaborative, innovative team focused on growth with people! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (end\-to\-end) across all organizational levels; * Design and implement talent attraction strategies, leveraging promotional tools and collaborating with the company’s marketing team to utilize social media and partnerships with institutions; * Align job requirements with managers to ensure technical and behavioral understanding of the position; * Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, provide feedback, and administer tests when necessary; * Support and advise managers throughout the recruitment process; * Manage the company’s recruitment, selection, and onboarding platform: Gupy; * Promote a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear and humanized communication; * Analyze HR metrics (time-to-hire, acceptance rate, recruitment funnel, etc.), conduct onboarding surveys, and propose process improvements; * Analyze, review, and propose R\&S processes incorporating AI or other tools to support SLA compliance for onboarding; * Act as a strategic business partner in identifying talent needs and planning for the company’s talent attraction strategy. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Solid experience in recruitment and selection, particularly for technical, operational, commercial, and leadership positions; * Proficiency in competency-based interviews and behavioral assessment tools; * Experience using recruitment platforms; * Experience with the Gupy tool is desirable; * Experience in Recruitment and Selection within the Telecommunications industry is desirable; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of urgency; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Differentiators** ---------------- * Postgraduate degree or specialization in People Management, Recruitment, or related fields; * Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to HR; * Knowledge of AI applications in Recruitment and Selection and their practical use. **Additional Information** ### **Benefits Offered:** * **Medical Insurance** * **Dental Insurance** * **Meal Voucher or Food Allowance** * **Transportation Allowance** * **Internet Allowance** * **Birthday Day Off** * **Education Partnerships (University Level)** * **Individual Life Insurance** * **Gympass – Access to gyms and wellness programs** * **Partnerships with S System Organizations **(SESC, SENAC, SENAI, and SESI) We are a Brazilian company specializing in telecommunications services, focused on providing broadband internet and connectivity solutions.
