If you are passionate about technology, enjoy teamwork, value people, are dynamic, and committed to continuous improvement, join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure the proper functioning of the quality management system; * Conduct site and infrastructure assessments, based on project understanding for execution; * Identify required tools needed for project execution; * Assist with cable pulling and splicing, FTTx, GPON, backbone, and structured network infrastructure; * Prepare cables for splicing, inspect for defects, and configure routers; * Support preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optical fiber network availability; * Work under technical supervision, adhering to quality, safety, hygiene, and health standards and procedures; * Ensure efficient use of resources (tools, PPE, consumables, etc.) to promote cost-effectiveness; * Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by supervisors; * Know and comply with quality policy guidelines; * Know and comply with regulatory procedures applicable to your role and department; * Organize individual or shared workspaces; * Participate in laying and repairing network and optical fiber cables; * Assist with corrective and preventive network maintenance; * Ensure workplace safety for the team and individuals involved in the process; * Assist with optical fiber splicing. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Prerequisites:** * Driver’s License AB; * Completed high school education; . NR 10 and NR 35 certifications; .
