Preventive and corrective maintenance of cable networks A Cable Installer is responsible for installing and maintaining cable networks in both indoor and outdoor environments. This professional must possess specific technical knowledge in the field of telecommunications and be capable of following safety procedures. In addition, they must have the ability to identify and resolve issues related to cable infrastructure. * Install cables in indoor and outdoor environments, adhering to technical specifications and safety standards * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cable networks, identifying and resolving potential issues * Conduct functionality tests on installed cables to ensure connection quality * Organize and label cables in racks and distribution panels * Route cables through conduits and raceways, ensuring infrastructure integrity * Assist in preparing technical reports for cable installation and maintenance * Stay updated on new technologies and procedures in the field of cable installation * Collaborate with the technical team on cable network installation projects * Ensure workplace safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety regulations No experience required
