Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing maintenance and repair on fiber optic networks, inspecting equipment and correcting system faults. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures Responsibilities: * Respond promptly and accurately to customer requests for network maintenance and repair, avoiding rework; * Verify equipment operation, perform routine tests, replace, repair, and configure equipment hardware and software, and release equipment for use; * Perform tasks following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to correct system faults. Requirements: * Completed High School education; * Knowledge of fiber optic networks (FTTH); * Basic understanding of Hardware and Networks; * Familiarity with equipment (Router/ONU); * Required certifications: NR10\| NR33\| NR35; * Basic knowledge of Wi\-Fi technology; * Personal vehicle (car) required; * Own work equipment required; * Active CNPJ or ability to register as an individual micro-entrepreneur (MEI).
