Preferred Qualifications: * 6 months of experience in telecommunications; * Willingness to travel; * Knowledge of access transmission technologies and media, including twisted-pair cables and optical fiber; * Router and signal repeater configuration; * Structured cabling; * Customer service techniques. * Embodying Brisanet Group's organizational identity; * Actively participating in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Using personal and collective protective equipment when required; * Driving company vehicles when necessary; * Performing other duties related to the position as needed by the department and leadership direction; * Maintaining company vehicles in compliance with Fleet Department-defined processes to ensure proper operation; * Implementing workplace safety procedures, such as Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), in accordance with current legislation; * Executing field service work orders, including installation, repair, address changes, and other services, per the company's defined operational procedures; making referrals for additional or new sales; * Ensuring the preservation, maintenance, appropriate use, and custody of company-provided resources, as well as inspecting the work environment after service completion to ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials. 2512180202551924688
