Job Summary: This role involves field service operations, including installation, repair, and customer interaction, with a focus on telecommunications infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Preferred Qualifications: * 6 months of experience in telecommunications; * Willingness to travel; * Knowledge of access transmission technologies and media, including twisted-pair cables and optical fiber; * Router and signal repeater configuration; * Structured cabling; * Customer service techniques. * Embracing Brisanet Group's organizational identity; * Actively participating in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Using personal and collective protective equipment when required; * Driving company vehicles when necessary; * Performing other related duties as required by the department and leadership direction; * Maintaining the vehicle in compliance with Fleet Management procedures to ensure proper operation; * Implementing workplace safety processes, such as Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR) and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), per current legislation; * Executing field service work orders, including installation, repair, address change, and other services, in accordance with company-defined operational procedures; providing referrals for additional or new sales; * Ensuring care, maintenance, proper use, and custody of company-provided resources, and inspecting the work environment after service completion to ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials. 2512180202551924683
