Description

Responsibilities: Prepare technical ERB projects for approval by municipal authorities. Develop sketches, floor plans, cross-sections, facades, and site plans. Perform area calculations in square meters according to project specifications. Ensure drawings comply with required technical standards and regulations. Support the team in verifying measurements and making project adjustments. Organize and maintain updated digital project files. Requirements: Technical degree in Building Construction or related fields. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactivity. Advantageous qualifications: Previous experience with telecommunications projects (ERB, towers, network infrastructure). Familiarity with municipal project approval processes.
