The inspector role is fundamental within Rede Vistorias, as it executes the core inspection service. The main responsibilities of this role are: * Perform real estate asset inspections efficiently, accurately, and faithfully, analyzing features and conditions of conservation/functionality of commercial and residential properties, both new and used; * Identify and observe materials, finishes, electrical and hydraulic installations, furniture, and other property items; * Test equipment, identify damages, and verify general environmental functionality and conditions; * During exit inspections, perform meticulous comparisons based on reports and documents; * Record captured information as detailed text with photos for inspection report preparation using a tablet application; * Verify repair work and discrepancies; * Train and supervise new inspectors. Prerequisites: * Basic computer skills; * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (motorcycle preferred). Skills and Competencies: * Clear and objective written and oral communication; * Systems thinking; * Results orientation; * Leadership.
