· Assist the maintenance technician in preventive/corrective maintenance of repeaters, mobile radios, and data links. Signal level quality testing, as scheduled in contracts; · Provide support during technical visits to enable project implementation and evaluation of installed equipment; · Support installation of data links, repeaters, mobile radios, and fixed stations; · Provide daily support for service orders, execute services, and record materials used; · Assist with technical/laboratory maintenance, including replacement of small components and cleaning of portable radios; · Use ERP applications and software on computers or mobile devices, accurately entering information into the Service Order and collecting the customer’s signature; · Drive the company vehicle and undertake business trips to other municipalities and states, or travel via other land or air transportation; · Submit expense reports for business trips; · Receive and return equipment used for installation, maintenance, or demobilization activities to inventory; · Provide customer service by delivering necessary information related to the activity. · Provide support to the branch team whenever required during internet technical visits; · Collaborate with quality processes and workflow procedures. **REQUIREMENTS** · Minimum 1 year of experience in the role · Completed high school education or currently pursuing a Technical Course in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Electroelectronics, or related fields · Knowledge of radio maintenance, ability to read and interpret electrical schematics · Principles of waves · Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) Job type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$1\.787,30 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
