Systems Analyst

Description

Design and configure workflows in the SoftExpert system, including electronic forms, business rules, deadlines, and automations. Ensure standardization of IT processes, operational efficiency, and information quality using the SoftExpert platform. Support the transformation of manual workflows into structured, system-oriented processes. Connect business areas and technology through process mapping and modeling. Responsibilities * Map, analyze, and propose improvements to processes related to the SoftExpert system. * Gather information through interviews, observations, and documentary analysis to understand current workflows (AS IS). * Model future processes (TO BE) using BPMN, structuring flowcharts and formal documentation. * Design and configure workflows in SoftExpert, including electronic forms, business rules, deadlines, and automations. * Provide system support by resolving execution errors, permission issues, and bottlenecks in active workflows. * Perform process maintenance and updates according to organizational changes or business rule modifications. * Develop schedules and monitor project execution, ensuring alignment across departments regarding deadlines and deliverables. * Document processes and maintain up-to-date manuals, policies, and procedures. Technical Skills * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience with the SoftExpert platform or similar systems is desirable. * Experience in BPMN process modeling. * Knowledge of modeling tools such as Bizagi, Visio, or Camunda. * Experience in IT process mapping.
