Job Location: Álvaro Weyne – Fortaleza/CE Contract Type: CLT Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, from 07:00 to 17:00; Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00. Availability and flexibility required. Work Mode: On-site Main Responsibilities: - Interpret technical drawings, mechanical projects, and specifications, identifying dimensions, tolerances, materials, and required procedures for manufacturing parts, subassemblies, machines, and industrial equipment. - Prepare, form, and assemble metal parts, performing rolling, cutting, fitting, alignment, and pre-assembly operations according to drawings and technical instructions. - Execute MIG/MAG welding points, ensuring correct positioning, fixation, and alignment of parts for subsequent final welding. - Perform finishing and corrections on metal parts and assemblies using angle grinders and hand tools, ensuring alignment, proper fit, and dimensional compliance for welding and assembly. - Verify dimensions and squareness of pre-assembled parts using measuring instruments (tape measure, square, caliper, where applicable), ensuring compliance with technical drawings and quality standards. - Perform adjustments and corrections on metal parts and assemblies whenever dimensional or assembly discrepancies are identified, ensuring adherence to project specifications. Requirements: - Proven experience as an industrial ironworker; - Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; - Proficiency with measuring instruments (e.g., tape measure) and finishing tools (e.g., angle grinder); - Basic understanding of rolling (a plus).
