**Technical Skills** * Bachelor's degree in Law; * Specialization in Civil Law/Civil Procedure; * Solid knowledge of civil procedure, civil law, and labor law; * Experience in Real Estate Law and the construction sector is desirable; * Basic understanding of tax law; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Familiarity with the Lysis legal system; * Active registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association). **Responsibilities** * Manage outsourced law offices, monitoring judicial actions (civil, labor, and tax) and administrative matters in partnership with law firms, contributing to strategy definition and reviewing procedural documents; * Update the Lysis system with legal, administrative, and financial information relevant to the department; * Prepare and maintain updated management reports and performance indicators for submission to senior management; * Support gathering information for defenses, appointing representatives and witnesses, and facilitating judicial settlements when applicable; * Advise management on operational decisions and real estate transactions; * Identify various strategies for managing and effectively advancing portfolio-related demands; * Conduct legal research and monitor updated case law and legal arguments aligned with organizational interests; * Provide legal support to internal departments by responding to inquiries, notifications, official letters, and other matters related to judicial and administrative processes; * Operate independently on highly complex legal tasks requiring specialized technical expertise; * Participate in implementing initiatives such as training programs and liability reduction actions; * Draft legal opinions, statements, and various legal documents; * Develop projects aimed at risk mitigation and improvement of internal legal processes.
