





**Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and purchase orders according to departmental needs; * Monitor delivery deadlines and order status; * Support inventory control and material replenishment; * Contact and negotiate with suppliers; * Assist in verifying invoices and entering data into the system; * Maintain updated purchase spreadsheets and reports. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields preferred); * Prior experience in procurement or administrative roles; * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Strong communication and organizational skills.
