We are seeking a Production Coordinator with solid experience in metallurgy and a strong leadership profile to structure, develop, and strengthen the operational team. In addition to coordinating daily production activities, the role will be responsible for developing new leaders, building a sustainable leadership pipeline focused on development, technical capability, and leadership behavior. The professional will work directly on process improvement, productivity enhancement, and building a mature, autonomous, and aligned team. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate, plan, and monitor production to ensure deadlines, quality, and efficiency. * Lead the operational team, developing area-specific leaders within the production department. * Develop individual development plans, structured feedback, and personalized team follow-up. * Identify internal talent and prepare them for key positions. * Train and guide the team on best practices, operational procedures, and safety standards. * Strongly drive process standardization and implementation of clear routines (SOPs). * Monitor production indicators (productivity, OEE, scrap, rework, efficiency). * Address and resolve operational and team-related issues proactively. * Ensure organization, discipline, and a culture of continuous improvement (5S, Kaizen, Lean). * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. * Collaborate closely with QSMS, Engineering, PCP, and Logistics departments. **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience in coordination or supervision within the metallurgy field. * Proficiency in operations: machining, welding, cutting, bending, boiler-making, or similar. * Demonstrated leadership and people development skills. * Ability to build teams, establish hierarchy, and disseminate knowledge. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Knowledge of PCP and production performance indicators. * Organization, discipline, and proactivity. **Preferred Qualifications** * Degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen. * Familiarity with ISO 9001. * Experience with industrial ERP systems. **Behavioral Competencies** * Developmental leadership (ability to “create leaders”) * Strong communication and conflict management skills * Decisive, data-driven decision-making * Systemic thinking and results orientation * Inspirational profile with ability to engage people * Emotional intelligence and resilience * Ability to work under pressure Employment type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Dental insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Transportation allowance Selection questions: * Have you previously served as a leader or coordinator?
