Promotion of mental health at work and organizational climate JOB OPENING – ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST We are seeking a professional to work in the field of Organizational Psychology, with a strategic focus on people management and human development. Main responsibilities: managing recruitment and selection processes; administering and interpreting psychological tests in accordance with CFP guidelines; preparing technical reports; developing training programs; supporting performance management; implementing organizational climate initiatives; and promoting mental health at work. We seek a candidate with a degree in Psychology, an active CRP registration, experience in the organizational field, and a strategic mindset oriented toward results and people development.
