Job Summary: Perform maintenance on machine subassemblies and tools, including machining, polishing, measurement, and qualification of tools, as well as supporting inventory management and proposing process improvements. Inventory management and proposal of process improvements Specialized Toolmaker Mechanic – Temporary – Maracanaú, CE Responsibilities: * Perform maintenance on machine subassemblies, including Cupper, BM, Trimmer, and Necker, carrying out regeneration activities, including maintenance on Cupper Die Set tooling; * Carry out machining and polishing operations on parts using machine tools; * Measure and qualify tools using metrology equipment, including data entry into systems; * Calibrate and adjust metrology equipment; * Support tool and spare parts inventory management; * Suggest improvements within the manufacturing process to enhance efficiency and reduce tool consumption; Requirements: * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Experience in maintenance; * Basic knowledge of mechanical technical drawing reading and interpretation; * Proficiency in mechanical technical drawing reading and interpretation; * Tooling knowledge; * Functional English.
