




Job Summary: The professional will monitor legal cases across various jurisdictions, participate in hearings, draft legal documents and filings, manage deadlines and systems, and engage in credit recovery. Credit recovery activities and agreement follow-up Legal case monitoring (Small Claims Courts, State Courts, Federal Courts, Labor Courts), participation in hearings, drafting of legal filings, preparation of private documents (e.g., filings, receipts, settlement agreements, etc.), extrajudicial notices, issuance of payment slips, electronic filing (PJE, ESAJ, PROJUD, Labor Portal, Creta), deadline tracking, and updating legal management systems. Conducting debt collection and monitoring judicial and extrajudicial agreements related to credit recovery. Familiarity with PJE, ESAJ, PROJUD, Labor Portal, and Creta required.
