Job Summary: Execute excellence in the installation and maintenance of electronic security systems, applying techniques and best practices for customer control, management, and security. Work with alarms, cameras, electric fences, and gates Perform installation and maintenance of electronic security systems with excellence and safety, using techniques and best practices for: structured cabling, optical fiber, electronic security devices, sensors, radars, alarms, cameras, electric fences, shock panels, barriers, and gate motors—providing customers with control, management, and security. * \*Activities\*\* * Perform maintenance and installation of gate motors\- * Perform maintenance and installation of access barrier motors\- * Run UTP, coaxial, and electrical cables\- * Report issues and improvement suggestions to the coordinator at the service location\- * Install and maintain alarm and CCTV panels and devices\- * Run and install internal and external infrastructure, including cable routing\- * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance * Maintain transparency with management by reporting performed procedures * Conduct intrusion tests and equipment functionality checks\- * Produce photographic reports when necessary\- * Validate system/service functionality with the customer and the monitoring center\- * Attend to and treat internal and external customers courteously\- Conduct APR (Preliminary Risk Analysis)\- equipment and PPE\- * Safeguard and maintain company tools, PPE, collective protective equipment (CPE), and vehicles.\- * Attend weekly alignment meetings\- * Respond to urgent calls dispatched by the responsible department. * \*Requirements\*\* * Minimum 6 months of experience in electrical systems or cable routing. * Completed high school education * Knowledge of alarm systems, shock panels, analog cameras, IP cameras (basic level), coaxial and UTP (network cable) connections, basic electrical knowledge, and basic IT knowledge. Courses: Basic NR10 \- Electrical Systems. NR35 \- Working at Heights. NR33 \- Confined Spaces. * Benefits Salary negotiable. Meal voucher. Transportation voucher or fuel allowance.
