Supporting the manager and self-development within the area **Job Purpose** Interact with customers for cargo pickup and delivery, receive and verify tax documentation, and load cargo onto trucks. **Requirements** Education: Completed elementary school Skills: Productivity capacity, organization, interpersonal communication, agility, attention to detail, and understanding of assigned tasks **Desired Competencies** Completed high school; residence near California neighborhood. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Load and unload transfer, pickup, and delivery vehicles. * Approach customers courteously and professionally, correctly identifying oneself and announcing the service. * Handle and sort cargo and pickup/delivery documentation. * Request receipt and documentation for delivered and/or picked-up cargo. * Assist by answering the driver’s mobile phone for general inquiries. * Maintain the internal work environment organized and clean. * Update the driver on the itinerary whenever new service requests are received. * Label cargo according to the tax document at the time of pickup. * Contact the company in case of doubts or non-conformities. * Assist the driver with street maneuvers. * Arrange, secure, and tarp cargo to prevent damage and avoid losses. * Support the immediate supervisor in processes related to the role, leveraging experience for self-development. * Implement departmental work plans and procedures, executing and monitoring necessary technical actions to achieve established objectives and goals. **Salaries and Benefits** Competitive salary, meal allowance, transportation allowance, life insurance, health plan, dental plan, profit-sharing program, attendance bonus.
