




Job Summary: The professional will provide operational support, luggage handling, follow-up on guest requests, and telephone assistance to guests, ensuring the organization and maintenance of common areas and hotel facilities. Maintenance of common areas and hotel facilities MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide operational support to front desk and guest service areas; * Assist in handling and labeling luggage and parcels; * Follow up on requests related to guests’ belongings. * Conduct periodic inspections of common areas, initiating service calls as necessary; * Prepare and deliver gifts to special-category guests, as well as offer welcome drinks; * Handle telephone inquiries for basic information, assist guests with directions, and prepare informational kits; * Control elevator access upon authorization from the front desk; * Additionally, may be responsible for organizing and maintaining hotel equipment and facilities, such as bicycles provided to guests, ensuring their cleanliness, proper arrangement, and logging any maintenance requirements. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education or technical training in Hospitality, Tourism, or Administration; * Advanced English (Fluency in English is mandatory for serving foreign guests/customers); * Basic computer skills; * Prior experience in customer service; * Availability to work from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM on a 6x1 schedule.
