





### **Our expectations** * Perform medium-complexity preventive and corrective maintenance on **elevators, escalators, moving walkways, and accessibility equipment**, in accordance with current technical standards. * Diagnose mechanical and electronic faults using specialized tools (multimeter, board analyzer, parameterization software). * Ensure strict adherence to **Occupational Safety** procedures and processes at all service stages. * Accurately record activities in the internal system (service orders, time entries, and technical reports). * Serve clients of diverse profiles, providing technical support and clear guidance regarding equipment conditions. * Identify opportunities for improvement, modernization, or component upgrades, suggesting additional services where applicable. * Respond promptly to emergency requests while maintaining quality, safety, and transparent communication with the client. ### **Who we’re looking for** **Mandatory requirements** * Completed technical course (Electrotechnology, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields). * Practical experience in equipment maintenance, preferably vertical transportation systems. * Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams. * Experience with Occupational Safety procedures and standards (e.g., lockout/tagout, risk analysis). * Skill in clearly, technically, and objectively explaining diagnoses and solutions to clients. * Knowledge of basic consultative sales techniques (identifying needs and presenting solutions). **Desirable requirements** * Experience with multi-brand equipment. * Knowledge of fault analysis via software or electronic parameterization. * Ability to present technical solutions in a structured and persuasive manner.
