We provide services aimed at optimizing processes and increasing business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for managing and developing the virtual security and remote gatehouse customer service team, ensuring service quality and client security. Activities include timekeeping control, planning and managing operational shifts, and monitoring managerial communication systems with clients. Call monitoring and call queue management. Management of the motorized customer service team, including fleet control, route management, and incident handling. Overall operational administration, ensuring smooth process execution. Acting as the liaison between the company, clients, and employees to guarantee efficient communication and alignment. Issuing service orders and technical support requests. Preparing daily reports. Monitoring and complying with security protocols.
