Now, we are seeking a professional to qualify and join our team! **CREDIT ASSISTANT 1:** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer service via WhatsApp, phone, and CRM. * Verification of data and documentation for financing applications. * Gathering information from other team members to provide complete information to customers. * Monitoring follow-ups on customer service requests. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in sales, preferably in services. * Basic knowledge of documents: IRRF, FGTS, and personal identification documents. * Basic knowledge of percentage calculations. * **Bonus: Experience in real estate credit.** * Easy access to the Funcionários neighborhood in Belo Horizonte (BH). **BENEFITS:** * Salary R$1800.00 + performance-based bonuses. * Transportation allowance paid in cash.
