




Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing and maintaining salary structures, supporting managers in compensation processes, and analyzing internal processes for optimization. Participation in the development and review of job position policies Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Experience implementing compensation practices and policies, including job structuring, career path design, and policy development; * Advanced Excel (value analysis formulas); Macro and VBA knowledge is desirable; * Ability to develop executive presentations; * Knowledge of labor legislation and union documents (collective agreements/conventions); * Prior experience in this role. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain salary structures and fixed and variable compensation models; * Support managers in compensation processes, focusing on technical analyses such as promotions, salary adjustments, hiring proposals, restructuring scenario simulations, and clarification of various queries; * Collaborate with other People Management areas (e.g., Internal HR Consulting, Recruitment & Selection) to align requirements and conduct diagnostics; * Analyze internal processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose practices that optimize departmental activities and routines; * Conduct market analyses and salary benchmarking, complete compensation surveys, and assess internal equity; * Participate in the development and review of departmental policies, focusing on job structure, nomenclature, salary equity, and competitive market practices; * Support execution of compensation cycles (e.g., annual salary reviews, Profit Sharing Plan [PLR], and other related activities).
