We are looking for a committed and dedicated professional with the necessary skills to ensure the cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas of condominiums. Key responsibilities for this position include cleaning and sanitizing common areas, elevators, staircases, garages, and other public spaces within the condominium. The Sanitation and Maintenance Agent will also be responsible for maintaining outdoor areas such as gardens, playgrounds, and leisure areas, including proper operation and maintenance of cleaning machinery. Additionally, we seek a professional experienced in handling chemical cleaning products, cleaning machines, and equipment.
