Map opportunities and drive continuous improvement **Description:** Responsibilities **Main responsibilities include:** Leading procurement processes for products and services, ensuring compliance with all applicable steps, regulations, and current rules; Analyzing requisitions; Preparing documentation for price quotations; Evaluating commercial and technical proposals; Formalizing purchase orders; Developing and leading commercial and supply negotiations; Interacting with internal customers to align requirements; Building and maintaining supplier relationships to ensure full understanding of scope and alignment with internal customers' expectations; Preparing management reports and reporting progress, procedure compliance, guidelines adherence, and goal achievement to leadership and internal customers; Proactively identifying opportunities (e.g., new solutions, suppliers) and contributing to continuous process improvement. Managing procurement of technical services in engineering, building maintenance, civil construction, and installations; Preparing and evaluating technical and commercial budgets and proposals; Performing proposal equalization and supplier negotiations; Monitoring service contracts to ensure compliance and performance; Tracking performance indicators and proposing improvements; Using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) for procurement management; Producing reports and analyses using advanced Excel; Collaborating with internal departments to gather requirements and align technical specifications. Requirements **Bachelor's Degree Required:** Business Administration, Economics, or related fields / Technical education in Building Construction or related fields; Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement; \- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint; Experience in direct or indirect procurement of products and services; Proven experience in technical procurement and contract management; Advanced Excel proficiency and ERP system expertise; Strong negotiation skills, clear communication, sense of urgency, and organizational ability. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience working in corporate environments with multiple stakeholders; Experience in multidisciplinary projects; Proactivity and results orientation.
