




Activities: Providing administrative and procurement support, including issuing and managing purchase orders, requesting quotations and preparing budgets for supplies and materials, monitoring inventory levels, and organizing documents. Responsible for requisitions, access requests, system and spreadsheet registrations, email management, and supporting routine administrative tasks, ensuring organization, efficiency, confidentiality, information security, and meeting the company’s needs.
