




**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Carry out pre\-operation, operation, and closing routines of the establishment; * Assist Cook 1 and the Kitchen Leader in preparing hot and cold dishes, demonstrating proficiency in using all equipment involved in the operation; * Organize supplies in refrigerators, cabinets, and other areas; * Plate dishes prepared by the establishment; * Monitor food and material consumption closely, requesting replenishment from the Kitchen Leader whenever necessary; * Maintain clean uniform and apron; * Collaborate solidarily with coworkers to optimize processes and ensure high quality of served products; * Clean the workplace daily after each shift; * Weekly, assist with intensive general cleaning of the work area, equipment, and facilities: wash floors, windows, tiles, light fixtures, refrigerators, ovens, stoves, cabinets, and others, ensuring proper presentation of the premises; * Perform other tasks related to the position, as directed by the Kitchen Leader. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND REQUIRED SKILLS:** * Proactivity * Organization * Ethics * Teamwork * Experience in other kitchens * Knowledge of kitchen equipment **REPORTS TO:** The Kitchen Leader.
