Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of digital products (with focus on rollout and scaling of the B2B E-commerce platform, App, and Marketplace) and critical technology projects for the Commercial and Finance Directorates; * Serve as the strategic bridge between the business area and the software engineering team, translating commercial needs into product roadmaps and ensuring technology deliverables align with value generation (ROI and conversion); * Orchestrate the cultural and operational shift from a "Projects" to a "Digital Products" model, implementing and maturing agile methodologies; * Manage a team of specialists dedicated to finance-area projects, leading implementation of credit tools, new payment methods, and systems aligned with tax reform, ensuring compatibility with the existing ecosystem; * Manage a team working on projects involving complex integrations among internally developed products, market platforms (VTEX for D2C), and the corporate ERP (SAP), ensuring stability and scalability; * Lead, develop, and engage a multidisciplinary team (Product Managers, Designers, Business Analysts, and Process Analysts) and manage allocation of third-party consulting resources. **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or MBA: preferably in Business Management, Innovation, Digital Product Leadership, or Project Management. **REQUIRED** * Proven experience leading Digital Products and E-commerce (B2B/B2C); * Practical experience implementing and driving Agile Methodologies and cultural transformation (from Projects to Products); * Systemic understanding of integration architecture and strong familiarity with ERP ecosystems (especially SAP); * Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary technology/product/process teams and vendors. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Telemedicine and Online Therapy (100% covered by the company); * Performance Bonus; * Transportation; * Meal Allowance; * Monthly Product Kit; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub.
