Job Summary: Professional to lead the Fleet team, manage owned and outsourced vehicles, control operational costs, and optimize fleet performance. Key Highlights: 1. Fleet team leadership 2. Performance optimization and identification of improvements **Responsibilities**: * Lead the Fleet team * Manage the vehicle fleet (owned and outsourced), ensuring availability and compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation; * Control operational costs (fuel, maintenance, tolls, rentals, fines, accidents); * Monitor and analyze fleet performance indicators (fuel consumption, mileage, cost per vehicle, etc.). * Conduct audit, inventory, and vehicle verification processes. * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvement. * Coordinate and support staff and field operations as needed. **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in team management; * Experience with fleet management systems; * Experience with telematics; * Knowledge of traffic legislation, rental contracts, automotive maintenance, and cost control; * Microsoft Office suite. Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Friday) 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Saturday) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$2.000,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
