Skill in implementing active and inclusive teaching methodologies We are looking for a **Multisubject Teacher** committed to students' holistic education, to work in the early years of Early Childhood Education and/or Elementary School. **Key Desired Skills and Competencies:** * Mastery of core curriculum content (Portuguese Language, Mathematics, Science, History, and Geography) appropriate for the age group served * Ability to plan and organize diverse and meaningful lessons * Skill in implementing active teaching methodologies and inclusive pedagogical practices * Strong oral and written communication skills, with clear and developmentally appropriate language * Sensitivity to different learning paces and styles * Ability to foster a welcoming, ethical, and respectful classroom environment * Creativity and initiative to develop playful and interdisciplinary activities * Skill in conducting ongoing assessment of the learning process * Collaborative work with the pedagogical team and consistent dialogue with families * Commitment, responsibility, and professional demeanor **Preferred Qualifications:** * Degree in Pedagogy * Prior experience as a multisubject teacher is a plus If you believe in education as a tool for transformation and possess the skills described above, this opportunity may be right for you.
