Job Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver lessons across multiple subject areas (Portuguese Language, Mathematics, Science, History, Geography, among others); * Develop activities aligned with the Brazilian National Common Curriculum (BNCC) and the Alamar School's pedagogical proposal; * Monitor individual student progress, fostering a welcoming, challenging, and meaningful learning environment; * Actively participate in pedagogical training, team meetings, and school events; * Collaborate with families through empathetic and respectful communication. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy; * Experience teaching Elementary School – Early Years classes, preferably the 4th grade; * Proficiency in up-to-date pedagogical practices and commitment to student learning; * Strong communication skills, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of active teaching methodologies; * Experience with interdisciplinary projects; * Sensitivity toward students' socioemotional development.
