




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing and updating employee information, issuing contractual documents, supporting payroll processing, and administering benefits and labor obligations. Issue employment-related documents, such as hiring, termination, and contract amendment records. Maintain organized and up-to-date files, including registration forms and employment histories. Support payroll preparation and verification. Administer benefits, such as transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, etc. Record and monitor labor obligation payments (INSS, FGTS, Income Tax). Manage electronic or manual timekeeping systems. Clarify questions related to payroll, vacations, benefits, and other labor matters. **Technical Requirements:** Knowledge of labor and social security legislation, payroll and benefits entries, e-Social and social contributions, familiarity with operating systems/ERP systems. **Behavioral Profile:** Organization Attention to detail Analytical ability Interpersonal skills Planning **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
