Job Summary: A professional to perform precise diagnostics, replace components, and install equipment, ensuring operation in accordance with manufacturer standards and providing user training. Conduct user training Description: * Required: Technical course in electronics, electrotechnics, or electrical engineering — currently enrolled or completed; * Desired: Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or technology-related fields in electronics; extensive experience in the field may also be considered; * Advantage: Technical training from printer manufacturers (Inkjet, Laser, and Thermal printers), e.g., Epson, Lexmark, Ricoh, Zebra, Sato, etc. * Must reside in Fortaleza/CE — own vehicle required for technical visits and storage of parts and equipment (Car Kit); * Record/complete service request system entries. * Perform precise diagnostics on equipment. * Provide on-site support in the Fortaleza/CE region. * Replace or repair damaged circuit boards and components. * Install and uninstall small- to medium-sized equipment/printers. * Use diagnostic tools, calibration instruments, and precision test equipment (multimeters, ammeters, power analyzers). * Identify equipment- and environment-related issues together with the user. * Evaluate equipment performance against manufacturer-specified performance standards and technical specifications. * Interpret electrical schematics using diagrams provided in the manual. * Prepare detailed technical reports. * Conduct user training. * Ensure correct application of parts. * Permanent position (CLT) — * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (in-person); 2512250202491935352
