Job Summary: Civil/Production Engineering professional responsible for preparing and analyzing reports, monitoring the Quality Management System (SGQ), and managing costs and project indicators. Handling of Non-Conformities and support during audits Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Intermediate PowerPoint skills; * Intermediate AutoCAD skills; * Basic MS Project skills; * Familiarity with Power BI; * Familiarity with Project Management; * Knowledge of Quality Management. * Embody the organizational identity of Diagonal and Victa; * Prepare and analyze reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested; * Periodically monitor SGQ (Quality Management System) activities across departments (Technical Office, Administration, Occupational Safety, Warehouse); * Prepare service procurement requests and request budget adjustments when necessary; * Analyze the financial report submitted by the Technical Office and assist in its validation with the engineering team; * Ensure accurate cost allocation for all resource movements related to the construction project; * Monitor financial performance of services and track quantity balances of budgeted tasks in the ERP system; * Collect data to develop Cost and Productivity Indicators upon service completion; * Prepare monthly reports on the Construction Project Quality Plan and SGQ Project Indicators; * Receive Non-Conformity Records as required and implement appropriate corrective actions in coordination with the Site Engineer; * Support the execution and monitoring of audit-generated actions on-site, in collaboration with the Site Engineer and Production Supervisor; * Identify, control, and analyze construction project and quality indicators; * Perform other duties related to the position, as required by the department and directed by the manager. 2512250202491879924
