We are looking for someone who understands the value of education as a transformative tool and who can conduct negotiations with empathy, strategy, and excellence in relationship management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct consultative engagement with qualified leads * Strategically present educational programs and courses * Lead negotiations and close enrollments * Monitor sales funnel and performance targets * Maintain active relationships with leads and students * Update CRM and commercial reports **Requirements:** * Proven experience in commercial roles (preferably within the education sector) * Experience in consultative sales * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and goal orientation * Familiarity with CRM systems and sales funnels **Compensation:** * Base salary + commission per sale * Bonus for achieving targets **Advantages:** * Experience selling courses, training programs, or postgraduate programs * Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies * Proactive, performance-driven profile **Work Model:** On-site If you believe in education as a tool for impact and know how to ethically and strategically convert interest into decision, we want to meet you.
