Your **mission**: ensure the safe and timely delivery of live chickens to customers by executing state and interstate routes—both daytime and nighttime—adhering to scheduled routes and meeting operational support needs. Contribute to the company’s logistics by ensuring punctuality and safety in deliveries, while providing support for internal and external activities whenever required. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Unload live chickens within Ceará; * Daytime and nighttime routes; * Travel to Ubajara, Teresina, and Maranhão (based on demand); * Occasionally transport vehicles to and from external repair shops; * Support operations during possible in-transit cargo transfers; * Deliver return shipments of live chickens when required; * Provide internal support (e.g., as a maneuvering operator) when necessary; * Support other operations when needed: feed, grain, hatchery, etc. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Familiarity with Greenmile and Trixlog systems is a plus; * Experience operating automatic-transmission vehicles is a plus; * Experience handling live cargo is a plus; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license category E; * Up-to-date MOPP certification (Movement and Operation of Hazardous Products); * Defensive Driving Course (desirable); * Availability for long-distance travel and flexible working hours; * Knowledge of interstate and regional routes. **Additional Information** * Meals provided at the workplace; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Group life insurance; * Birthday leave (Day Off); * Psychological counseling benefits; * Pharmacy benefits; * Annual Profit-Sharing Program; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * TotalPass; * Education assistance; * Unicialne (Corporate University). **CIALNE** was founded in Ceará and, over nearly six decades, has built a legacy defined by hard work, innovation, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
