**Location of the position: Itupeva/SP** **Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off** **Must have flexible working hours** Main responsibilities: * Be friendly, patient, and warmly welcome customers, explaining dishes and answering questions with positive energy. * Keep the buffet always well-organized, clean, and attractive to customers. Ensure food and beverages are always fresh and well-presented, restocking items according to demand and team instructions. * Communicate clearly, courteously, and efficiently, interacting both with customers and the team. * Maintain organization and cleanliness in the front-of-store area. * Work collaboratively and respectfully with colleagues. * Always assist the entire team as needed, whether in the front-of-store or kitchen areas. * Demonstrate initiative to resolve issues promptly, help maintain a clean and organized environment, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
