Job Summary: The Operational Supervisor will manage and coordinate daily activities, supervise teams, and ensure service quality across multiple service stations. Key Highlights: 1. Operational management using digital tools and AI-driven optimization. **Opportunity:** Castelo Borges is seeking an Operational Supervisor to work at our headquarters. The Operational Supervisor will play a critical role in managing and coordinating the company's daily operations. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise service station teams (e.g., condominiums, hospitals, shopping centers) * Ensure technical service delivery quality and SLA compliance. * Conduct on-site rounds, inspections, and operational training. * Prepare performance reports and use digital tools for shift scheduling and incident management. **Requirements:** * Proven Experience: Solid experience in supervisory/leadership roles within Facilities or Private Security sectors. * Market Knowledge: Experience in service outsourcing, particularly serving condominiums and hospitals. * Technological Skills: Proficiency with computers and smartphones.
