Lead and guide logistics dispatch teams, optimizing loading, storage processes, and ensuring product and personnel quality and safety.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:**
Someone to join our Logistics/Dispatch team at the Maranguape \- CE unit.
Will be responsible for leading and guiding teams involved in the loading process and overseeing operations through to billing and dispatch of finished products. Manage truck utilization, loading sequence, waste disposal, correct shipments, and adjust logistics to correct critical stages. Ensure established dispatch levels, guaranteeing proper storage, organization, and preservation of materials coming from machine outputs. Identify process optimization opportunities, satisfy customers, ensure maximum quality and safety for products, people, and processes. Manage the work team by selecting, guiding, training, monitoring performance, evaluating results, providing feedback, disseminating, and ensuring compliance with company procedures/norms, work processes, and implemented management systems, as well as interacting on other matters related to people management. Perform other activities related to the role and work process procedures as required.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:**
* Comply with all safety procedures and immediately report any risks or incidents.
* Ensure your team follows safety procedures during daily activities.
* Support development of load plans to improve vehicle utilization and logistics efficiency.
* Ensure proper storage of finished products, considering organization, identification, and flow for inventories.
* Assemble loads according to material status and delivery schedule.
* Daily check inventory stacking safety before shift starts.
* Ensure compliance with internal inventory controls, including FIFO and smart inventory.
* Contact carriers to align daily loading requirements.
* Align loading and delivery priorities with the team.
* Contribute to meeting agreed customer delivery dates.
* Indicators, Verification, and Quality.
* Monitor dispatch indicators daily, correct deviations, and execute action plans.
* Ensure accurate verification of loads and information for manifests and billing.
* Analyze customer complaints and define corrective actions for NCs.
* Guide the team on dispatch procedures and good manufacturing practices.
* Verify order overages, identify root causes, and define measures to ensure inventory accuracy.
* Analyze the daily report of ready orders and inventory levels.
* Monitor waste and adjustment records to ensure accurate finished goods inventory.
* Monitor pallet, film, and other material inventories to prevent shortages in the process.
* Guide the team on return procedures or rejected invoices.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:**
* Completed High School;
* Higher education preferred (in progress);
* Microsoft Office Suite;
* Industrial experience, team leadership, and dispatch functions with interface to operations;
* Knowledge of Trimbox and SAP systems preferred;
* Availability to work rotating shifts onsite at the Maranguape \- CE unit.
