Job Summary: Conduct internal inspections of the condominium to promote security, support, and high-quality service for collective well-being, guiding the access of people and vehicles. Support the front desk during emergencies. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Position Vision:** Conduct internal inspections of the condominium, promote security and support within internal environments to enhance collective well-being, guide the access of people and vehicles, assist the security guard when necessary, monitor safety conditions, and provide high-quality service to internal and external clients. **Core Values:** People, Gratitude, Loyalty, Teamwork, Excellence, Commitment, and Customer Focus. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control the movement of vehicles and people through the condominium entrance by receiving, triaging requests, and forwarding\-them to the respective recipients. * Inspect the use of common areas to preserve property; * Turn on and off lights in the condominium’s common areas, observing scheduled times and/or needs (when this responsibility is not assigned to another person at a predetermined time); * Monitor the opening and closing of common-use facilities (e.g., gym, playroom, party hall, etc.). * Record events and incidents occurring during the shift. * Identify irregularities specified in the internal regulations, such as: improperly parked vehicles, misuse of equipment and facilities. * Support the front desk during incidents and emergencies by making necessary contacts (Fire Department, Military Police, SAMU). * Monitor gate opening and closing, acting internally to prevent unauthorized or evasive entries. ### **JOB BENEFITS** * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Meal Allowance (VR) * Food Basket (CESTA) ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
