Surveillance of cameras and intercom systems A professional responsible for controlling the entry and exit of people, vehicles, and mail in residential and commercial buildings, companies, or condominiums. Works at reception desks, provides basic property security, and guides visitors, ensuring order and safety on-site. **Responsibilities:** * Control access for residents, visitors, service providers, and delivery personnel; * Record entries and exits in a logbook or computerized system; * Provide courteous service and guidance to the public; * Monitor security cameras and intercom systems; * Receive and forward mail and packages; * Report suspicious or irregular situations to management; * Conduct patrols in common areas when necessary; * Maintain order, cleanliness, and security at the entrance. **Requirements:Education:** * Completed elementary education (minimum); * High school diploma preferred. **Experience:** * Prior experience in this role is advantageous; * Knowledge of access control and property security. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Good verbal communication skills; * Courtesy, professional demeanor, and discretion; * Basic computer literacy (for electronic gatehouse systems); * Ability to handle conflict situations; * Commitment and punctuality. **Advantages:** * Training courses in doorman services, property security, or customer service; * Familiarity with access control and monitoring systems. * Residing in Caucaia \- Ceará Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.693,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food basket * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Describe the most challenging situation you faced as a doorman Work Location: On-site
