**Job Description** Seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional with deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), Active Directory, HRIS integrations, and access governance. The ideal candidate will have a strong Java development and automation background and hands\-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise\-scale identity governance solutions. This role focuses on building secure, compliant, and scalable identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, access reviews, and role\-based access control across multiple systems. **Key Responsibilities** SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) * Design, configure, customize, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. * Develop and maintain workflows, rules, tasks, connectors, and reports. * Build and manage certification campaigns, access policies, and roles. * Customize IIQ using Java, BeanShell, and JavaScript. * Work with IIQ architecture, object model, and database schema. * Active Directory \& Azure AD * Manage and integrate Active Directory and Azure AD with SailPoint. * Design and support user provisioning, role/group management, and permissions. * Ensure accurate synchronization of identities and access between systems. HRIS Integration (Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar)Access Governance \& ComplianceAutomation, Databases \& IntegrationsRequired Technical SkillsSoft Skills \& **Qualifications** * Integrate HRIS systems with SailPoint to support identity lifecycle events. * Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee updates through HR data feeds. * Utilize APIs and data feeds to synchronize identity data. * Implement and maintain access governance frameworks and controls. * Design and enforce RBAC, ABAC, and least\-privilege access models. * Configure and manage periodic and event\-driven access reviews and certifications. * Support compliance requirements and risk mitigation initiatives. * Develop automation solutions to streamline identity and access processes. * Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analysis. * Build and consume RESTful and SOAP APIs for system integrations. * Develop and support web services for identity data management. * Strong hands\-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ * Advanced Java development and automation skills * Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD * HRIS integration experience (Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar) * Strong understanding of IGA principles and best practices * Proficiency in SQL, Java, JavaScript, and BeanShell * Experience with REST and SOAP APIs * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Ability to troubleshoot complex access and identity issues * Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills * Experience working with HR, IT, Security, and Compliance teams * Ability to explain technical concepts to non\-technical stakeholders * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines * Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus Job Type: Full\-time Pay: R$18,000\.00 \- R$20,000\.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Osasco, SP: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: * Sailpoint IIQ (Required) * Java (Required) * Azure AD (Required) * HRIS Integration (Required) Work Location: In person
