The professional will be responsible for centralizing the management of marketing demands, projects, and workflows—connecting Content, Brand Experience, Growth Performance, and Web—thereby reducing bottlenecks, rework, and direct leadership dependency for operational control. Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and monitor end-to-end marketing projects * Manage demand backlogs, schedules, deadlines, and priorities * Create and maintain clear workflows across teams and professionals * Ensure delivery predictability and SLA compliance * Conduct operational rituals (Dailys, Weeklys, status meetings, checkpoints, alignment sessions) * Document processes, decisions, and learnings * Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, suppliers, and leadership * Support coordination in decision-making with an operational perspective Requirements * Highly organized, analytical, and structured profile * Prior experience managing marketing projects, either in agencies or multidisciplinary teams * Ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives * Clear communication skills with creative teams and leadership * Process-oriented mindset without stifling creativity
