




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Attend to in-person guests, as well as those contacting via telephone and email; \- Receive, identify, and guide guests regarding accommodation policies and services; \- Perform check-in and check-out procedures, including process auditing; \- Submit audit discrepancy reports to department managers and conduct cash register reconciliation; \- Handle walk-in reservations; \- Provide guidance on reservations and accommodation policies; \- Collect payments for reservations and hotel restaurant consumption; \- Verify restaurant bills and manage open accounts for the hotel restaurant; \- Assist guests with luggage when necessary. \- Perform daily cash register closing and invoice processing; \- Manage and distribute keys and towels; \- Review procedures, documents, guest accounts, and payments processed at reception; \- Advise guests on tourist attractions, restaurants, and other inquiries; \- Generate daily reports for the Governance, Maintenance, and Restaurant departments; \- Process payments for restaurant consumption; \- Conduct direct and indirect customer satisfaction surveys through evaluation platforms including: Booking, Hotels.com (Expedia), Google, TripAdvisor, Decolar, and Web Spot (post-stay evaluation). REQUIREMENTS \- Completed high school education or currently enrolled in Administration, Hospitality & Tourism, or related fields; \- Minimum 1 year of experience in this role or a similar position within the hospitality industry; \- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; \- Availability to work on a rotating 6-day-on/1-day-off schedule; \- Prior experience in customer service is mandatory; \- Familiarity with the New Hotel system is an advantage; \- Spanish language proficiency is an advantage.
